Report Footer Position

How can I set a Report Footer to always print in the same place on the page
regardless of the number of detail lines?

Thanks so much!! I don't know why I hadn't thought to get creative with the
Page Footer -- I'm printing to a pre-printed form, one at a time, so the page
footer works perfectly. I'm simply making the fields visible property false
until the end of the report.
