Report field Display

Hi!
I have a report, in the Detail area i draged the one fieled ("Name"), it displaying as list as
abc
bcd
efc like that.
But I need to display as abc,bcd,efc..
How to change the display, any VBA program.?

and is there any option to send email the report as pdf file and attached to the email, Im using
DoCmd.OpenReport "IncidentReport-GBO", acViewPreview, , strWhere
DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "IncidentReport-GBO", acFormatSNP, txtEmail, , , "Near Miss"
