Report (data from another DB)

Good Evening All,

I have a DB called personnel that automates a lot of our "daily" HR
functions. In another DB is single table that records disciplinary actions
taken.

In the personnel DB you complete a form which acts as a "form letter" for an
employee write-up. I would like to include a history of the other write-ups
from the other (disciplinary) DB. Is there a way to do this???
