Report by Date and Name

I am wanting to add a box that pops up when i click on a report. When i click
on "Drilling Report" (name of report) i have 2 msg boxes that pop up.."Enter
Perameter Value" - "Date", i enter the date and click enter..then "Enter
Perameter Value" - "Rig" comes up, i enter the Rig name, hit enter and my
Drilling Report comes up with all of the info i need. How can i make one msg
box that pops up and i type in.. example..

Date: 3/18/2007 |
Rig: Tiger |
________________|

and hit enter or a command button and it runs the query and pulls my up my
Drilling Report...? HELP!

I'm not sure if this post is about ADP and SQL-Server used as the backend.
If so, then you should tell us how you have set up the RecordSource and the
InputParameters properties of the form before someone here can give you an
answer.

If you are not using ADP and/or SQL-Server, then you should ask in a more
appropriate newsgroup, like m.p.a.formscoding or m.p.a.queries.
