Replying causes screen bleed through

Hi, this is an intermittant problem where a user on our network with Outlook
2002 sp3 with Office and also Microsoft ActiveSync installed on pc, hits
Reply and begins to type and then some sort of bleed through occurs with the
Outlook Folders appearing in and under what you are typing in the msg. When
you use the vertical scroll to move up or down, it blurs them all (repeats
over and over).

Re-booting helps most of the time. Screen resolution is comparable to
everyone else. Same mouse, keyboard... Any ideas are appreciated! I
wondered about just turning off the Use Word period function...

Thanks,
Lorinda

That sounds more like a video drivers issue.
