Replying and Forwarding font size

When I go to reply or forward an email, the font/size shown is always larger
than what the font size says. Can I fx this? I'm using OUTLOOK 2003, brand
new user. I hope this is plain enough.

Are you using Word as the message editor? Have you checked the zoom
settings in the message?
