reply to received messages

My computer works OK with Outlook 2003 except I cannot "reply" to a received
message. When I try, the reply appears to be sent, but it never gets
delivered.

What next?
 
If you are the same Bill posting Q's in various other groups re probs, id
fix your sys problems first
