Reply to Email has Not Message--Outlook 2003

Most replies to my emails are without problems. However, some replies to my
messages are not visible in Outlook. All I see is my original message that
is being replied to. I know the person has typed a reply message because I
can see it on my Blackberry and in MacMail. Just not in Outlook. Any idea
what this is about and how to fix it?

Most probably, that person use Lotus Notes.

Try to ask him th reply use Plain Text.

Hi Steve,

I am in the same situation. Did you ask the responder using Lotus Notes to
respond in Plain Text and did it work?
 
I have the same problem but the people sending me messages on a Blackberry
(not Lotus Notes) do not have their messages coming through - this is new in
the last few weeks as in the past I have gotten the full email. What's going
