Reply Rule only replies once

Hello there,
I am using office 2000 and xp.
I have created Auto-Reply Rule, which automatically replies to all the mails
received.

But, I am facing one problem, that is, user only receives reply once even if
they send it more than one time.
e.g., If someone sends me 4-5 mails, then only that user gets automatically
reply only once.

I want to send reply as many times as they send mails.

That's the default behavior to avoid overloading servers and creating an
infinite loop.
