"reply all" command produces message "parameter value not valid"

When I hit the "reply to all" button for an email, I get a message "Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameters are not valid." Hitting the
"reply" button is fine.
 
Do all of the addresses resolve once you hit reply all and then use Ctrl+K?

After furious head scratching, marcopolo asked:

Once the message box comes up, which is immediately after I hit "reply to
all" my only option is to hit the "okay" button on the message, which puts me
back where I started. My work around is to manually put in the addresses, but
that's not acceptable. I have another computer where "reply to all" works as
intended.
