replies to me not the boss

Hi

A client on 2000 / Exchange wants replies to her boss' Meeting Requests to
go to her not the boss. What's a good way to do this??
 
If you go into the Boss Outlook, Tools > Options > Delegates > highlight the
delegate > select Permissions > check Delegate receives copies of
meeting-related messages sent to me > OK > check "Send meeting requests and
responses only to my delegate, not to me".
 
I have a delegate/manager situation where the suggested
setup has been done however the manager intermittantly
receives the acknowledgements instead of the delegate.
We have already deleted the manager's account,
reinstalled, etc. but still have same problem Something
wrong in set up?
