replication question

Hi,
For about 3 weeks I am having problem with the sync
between my 2000 DC machines. I have 3 Domain controllers,
and it seems one of them has problem to receive changes,
for example if I change a name on one of the two machines,
the change wont be replicated with the Third one. Does
anyone know how to troubleshoot this? All three machines
are located in a same subnet with no router or firewall
between them.

Check the event logs on all three servers to see what's happening.
