replication of files.

S

stazza

We are working with NT servers and windows 2000 work
stations and we use netscape mail. One of my users is
having an issue with files being duplicated.
When he logs on to his PC the PC says that there is not
enough memory and that he will be logged on with a temp
profile and it gives me an option to press ok (or it times
out and logs me in with a temport profile anyway). When I
look at the hard drive there are 3 gigs free. when I look
at his profile in my docs for example, I will notice that
there is a file that I KNOW I deleted. It is a mozilla
email folder. Inside the folder that I cant delete there
are other folders that are being made. They are called
prf2.tmp. They can be as large as 2 gigs. Why does this
happen? Why are there temporary files being made? Why
are the files that I deleted coming back???

When I log in as myself, I have no problem. The PC lets
me in and life is fine.
When I log on as the user from above It will not log him
in, the hard drive just spins and the *.tmp files start to
reproduce.

PLEASE HELP!!!
Thank You!
Stacey
