replicate files from my net server to local mechine

Hello Friends,
I would like to replicate files from my net server to local mechine
without actualy downloading all the files everytime. Can you suggest a way?

Open a command prompt and: xcopy /?

Xcopy has many switches which allow you to control how and what gets copied.
