Replacing Win2k Server

I have a single win2k server which is a Domain Controller.
We just purchased a new Server to replace our current one.
Is there a way to migrate everything over to the new Server
without restoring everything from tape, and without having
to make any changes to the workstations?

Thanks

Yes, but most people who do this don't really need to replace
the old DC.

Method 1: Move the drive and see if it boots; re-configure
Method 2: Install new machine, Backup System State and restore
to new machine -- it's documented in the ResKit books
Restore any data, etc
Method 3: Install new machine, DCPromo, move roles + GC to new
machine
