Replacing the taskbar arrow

A friend of mind called me and asked if I knew how to put
the little arrow back on his taskbar that hides the
program icons next to the clock at the bottom...I told
him I didn't but would find out...how is it done? HELP!!!

are you thinking the auto hide inactive icons
right click on the task bar
properties
taskbar tab down at the bottom
this should do it
