replacement XP disk

I recently upgraded to XP home edition with no problems. I only used the
disk once and one of my kids stepped on it, cracking it half way through.
Any chance MS would replace it if I mailed it back wtih the product key? I
might need to reinstall it one day.
 
Call (800) 426-9400, and explain the situation. They should be able to provide you with another disc for a nominal charge.

OEM or retail version of XP Home Edition? IF former, then
ask the OEM to replace it. Microsoft should take care of
the retail version.
