Replace formula with current value

Hi

does anyone know how I can replace a page full of cells with formula
pointing to cells in another workbook with the numerical value of wha
is currently being displayed.

Whenever I open this workbook I get a prompt to update - but I don'
want to update this workbook ever again so the values need to be jus
as they are

Hi, select all the formulas you want to turn into data.
Press CTRL+C
Then press the right button of your mouse and select Paste Special
Then select "Values" and Ok
