This is going to depend on a couple of things;
1) Are there other operational dc's still there in this domain
2) Was/is this the Only dc that was in the domain, and it is no longer
operational.
If other dc's available, and this box is dead/crashed/etc, then seize any
fsmo roles that it might have had to another dc, run ntdsutil to do a
"metadata cleanup" of it to remove it from AD, make sure that at least one
of them is a GC, and then it could be re-installed and brought back into the
domain again as server or dc.
If it was the only dc in the domain, then you'd need to do a restore with
system state, to try and get it functioning again.
Being in native mode will limit some things that can be done, but your post
wasn't really clear on what you have, what happened, and exactly what you
wanted to do.
