Replace data from sheet 2 into sheet 1

I have data that was taken from sheet 1 and put into sheet 2. Then sheet 2
got edited and I want to take the data from sheet 2 and replace all the
changes into sheet 1. Is there an easy way to do this?

If u dont need the Old Sheet1 Data then just delete that sheet and Rename the
Sheet2 worksheet to Sheet1. That's it.
