Replace a Virus contaminated file

My "Systems32/msvsres.dll" file is contaminated by the Urbin trojan. How do I replace this file?
 
the file is a virus not a regular windows file!

Hi

You should delete this file by running Ad-adware 6.0
Go to lavasoftusa.com to download the free Ad-adware 6.0 and then install
Start Ad-aware and update the definitions first then run it to check for any spywares
Remove anything it found except the Alexa registry which is for MS (remove this registry may cause problem to the internet browser)
