Repeating sending e-mails

Karin

When someone in my network gets an e-mail over +/-3GB (Pictures/AutoCad Dwgs)
of memory and they forward to another e-mail (regardless if its in the
network or outside e-mail) it tends to repeat sending I coulod get up to 20 +
beofre I can catch it and delete - if I delete it goes into the outbox as if
it wasn't sent

Has anyone had this problem?

You are sending emails of 3GB?

I don't think many people will have that problem then. There are far better
systems to deal with sharing data of that size. Mail isn't one of them.

Anyway, as uploading 3GB to the mail server takes quite a fair bit of time,
other send/receive cycles will be queued until the connection becomes
available again. Especially when you also are using a virus scanner that
integrates with Outlook, time-outs will occur and a send/receive process can
be marked as failed which results in Outlook trying to resubmit the message.

Well I did read other items but I still don't know what I have to do to
prevent a larger file from being sent multiple times. If you don't have
anything to say that helps then please don't bother to reply.

Robert's (Roady) answer to you posted November 4 at 4:55 Eastern Time gives
you the answer.
