repeating rows on certain pages

is there a way to repeat rows on certain pages (similar to
the page setup option of repeating rows on every page)
without doing it manually? thanks.
 
does freezing panes allow for the rows to repeat on
specific pages when printed?
 
File | Page Setup | Sheet | Print Titles | Rows to Repeat at Top.
