repeating row group in pivot table

Using Excel 2002(XP) how can I show a grouped column row as repeating for
each data row in a pivot table. e.g.
normal pivot table is:
A1 B1 C1 total1
B2 C2 total2
C3 total3

pivot table I want is:
A1 B1 C1 total1
A2 B2 C2 total2
A3 B3 C3 total3

why would I want this?
A user has adjusted the pivot to show the data they want, I now need to
create some SQL to retrieve data according to criteria A1 B1 C1, A2 B2 C2, A3
B3 C3 when I paste the first 3 columns from the pivot to a database table I
only get B2 C2, C3 I need the rolled up row data as well.

I don't think you can.

But maybe you could convert the pivottable to values (or copy it and convert
that one to values), then modify that using the techniques at Debra Dalgleish's
site:
