Repeating Report Page

I have created a report which fits on 1 page, legal size, and the same
information keeps repeating for several pages. What is making this do it and
how do I get it to stop. Thanks,
 
Is there any part of your report that is even a tiny amount over 8.5" wide,
or longer that 17" including headers or footers? If so you will get the
excess spilled onto another page which will appear blank. Overage in both
directions will add 3 blank pages.

I do not have any headers or footers in the report and it all fits into the
8.5 x 17 but the same data keeps repeating for several pages. Is there a
command that is telling it to do this? On all my other reports it does not
do this.
