Andrea

This is my data:

product_no price_list bucket_no qty_break
003G0000 6 1 4
003G0000 6 2 1
004G0000 6 1 4
004G0000 6 2 1
005G0000 6 1 4
005G0000 6 2 1
00GA0000 6 1 36
00GA0000 6 2 12
00GA0000 6 3 1
00GF0000 6 1 36
00GF0000 6 2 12
00GF0000 6 3 1

I want to separate the product_no codes that only repeat once, twice, three
times, etc. Does anyone know how to do this in a query or any other way?

Create a Query based on your table; select the Product_No field twice, and
nothing else.

Change it to a Totals query by clicking the Greek Sigma icon (looks like a
sideways M).

Change the default Group By on the Totals row to Count for one of the two
instances of product_no.

Open the query by clicking the datasheet icon at the left of the toolbar...
and there you are!

Thanks John.

When I just change the Totals dropdown to Count all I get is a list of 1's
in my datasheet. Would I need to put something specific in the criteria area?

Nevermind. What you said the first time worked, I just didn't read it all the
way through. Thanks for your help.
