Repeating data

Problem with the following imported data. I have account numbers in column A. Columns B, C, D contain data with multiple lines of data. (one to many relationship). Is there a function that will allow me to repeat the data in column A until the next cell contains different data.. and continue on as such? Example below. Thanks much

1. Select your range in column A.
2. Press F5 > Special > Blanks.
3. Press <ctrl><->.
4. Select "Entire row".

Oops - that's for deleting blank rows. Sorry. Use this:

1. Select your range in column A.
2. Press F5 > Special > Blanks.
3. Press "=" and click the first cell in col. A that
contains the first value.
4. Press <ctrl><enter>.
