Repeated password requests

Few months back i upgraded to Outlook 2007 and regretting since then,
My hotmail a/c repeatedly asks for user/password .. no matter what
button (OK, Cancel) i click.

I never had similar issues with Outlook 2003. As much i like some of
the features, now i am feeling very tired facing that pop up 100+
times in a day... think some of my virus scan settings or something
else causing that ..

Hope some of you had similar experience. Any help in this matter
appreciated.

Did you convert your Hotmail account to a Windows Live account? Are you
using the current version of the Outlook Connector?
 
where does one easily find out if their account has been upgraded to a live
account? I have multiple and can't remember which has / has not

Logging into Hotmail and looking is the only way I know.
