G Guest Mar 18, 2005 #2 In Outlook, go to Tools menu, Accounts (or Email Accounts), on the Mail tab select your account and click on Properties button. Go to QAdvanced tab and deselect the "Leave a copy of messages on servewr" option at the bottom of the dialogue box. AC
