repeated error message

How do I stop this error message
"iexplore
System Error. Code:1400
Invalid Window Handle"
 
This error isn't coming from IE itself - it's coming from an IE add-in
program or toolbar. Try disabling any 3rd party toolbars you have and
running a spy-ware detection program.
