repeated error message

I keep receiving a repeated error message, infact ive had about 8 of them
this evening and I don't know what to do about them.
They keep saying something about sending the report to Microsoft etc, but
then I lose the site that I am on to, its starting to become really
annoying!!!
Also my computer keeps freezing were I cant get of the site or do anything
and I have to use ctrl/alt/delete. This is happening frequently to..any
suggestions please?

The error report won't solve your problem nor will the site to which it
goes. The error report goes into a database in which Microsoft tracks
errors which tells them what areas of the operating system and what factors
are causing the worst issues for them to correct with patches, updates or be
corrected in future versions.

As to your problem, without knowing the specific error, it's hard to help
and even knowing it sometimes requires a bit of diagnosis.

Go to Event Viewer and see if you see errors that correspond to when theses
issues appeared, double click the error, the information on the inside might
give a clue as to what's wrong.

Be sure your drivers for all your hardware are up to date. Do not rely on
Windows Update for this, go to the device manufacturer's web sites to check
for updates.

Assuming you have an actual XP CD and not a manufacturer supplied recovery
disk, place the XP CD in the drive, when the setup screen appears select
"Check System Compatibility." If there are issues on your system caused by
incompatible hardware or software, this wizard may find offending items and
those are likely sources of the issue which should help you correct the
problem, either by removing or updating the item.
