repeated 'Enter network password promt'

I use outlook 2003
have two yahoo email accounts linked to outlook
it had been working recently updated norton security
i am able to connect but the promt to 'enter network password' keeps appearing
the server 'pop.mail.yahoo.com' and username and passwords are already
listed but I have to keep hitting OK or cancel or close box
how do i make this prompt stop appearing?
