repairing internet explorer

I believe you can go to add/remove programs in Control Panel and
when you select Microsoft Internet Explorer, it offers the
option to repair or restore previous configuration or add a
component along with some advanced options as well (IIRC). This
is the case for me running IE6.0.2800.1106 on Win98SE

This is how i had to repair explorer on win 95. i believe
it works the same way.
