Repair Tool for IE6...

Repair Tool for IE6 is missing. I have only Repair Tool
for IE5.
ALSO: Can anyone tell me how I can download Outlook
Exress(Latest)? I somehow lost it, and get error code
saying that it was downloaded incorrectly and msoe.dll
cannot be found. I'm puzzled on this one. I did
download Mozilla/Thunderbird about the same time. I am
told Thunderbird reads OE anyway, and it does essentially
do the same things. HELP!!!

OE cannot be downloaded as a separate item - it is part of Internet Explorer
and they are downloaded together.
