Hi, experts of computer world!
My computer work with Windows XP Pro about 2 years with no problems with
SP1, but after a few days back I install SP2, because I read on some news
pages, some tell that work with no problems but I get multi problems with
this instalation, so much, that completlz crash.
I try to reinstall it, but reinstalation stoped with messages that Setup
cannot remove SP2 and some other 10 messages.
After that I make Clean Install in directory Windows2. How can transfer all
settingsof previous Windows system in this new.
Now I have only Antivirus protection and Internet Connection and Clean
system of Windows2.
I have another solution at last half year old Acronis Drive Image on CDs.
What suggest?

Hi,

Boot the WinXP CD and start the installer, see if it detects the original
installation and offers to repair it. If it does, do so. When completed, you
will need to reinstall all updates. If not, then cancel out and boot your
Windows2 installation. Copy over data you do not wish to lose from the
original installation, then delete the old Windows installation folders.
Reinstall your software in the new Windows2 installation.

Please be advised that this sort of thing can happen when you install beta
software. Chalk this up to experience and be thankful that you did not have
to format and do a clean installation.
