Repair install keyboard and mouse not working

What can I do to fix this I did a repair install and when I gets to the
installation page I cant click on any of the messages that come up, so it
does nothing, I tried using 3 different keyboards and mouses and nothing.

Is this a laptop or desktop? What computer make and model? Wired or wireless
keyboard?
