Reorder window XP installation CD

Hi,
I lost my window XP home edition upgrade CD which I bought for a couple of
years ago. I still have a valid product key sticker on my computer. Anyone
know how to reorder upgrade CD with a valid product key.? (just a CD, I
already have a valid product key)

If it was an OEM license, you should contact whomever sold you the PC.
Having a sticker on the computer indicates an OEM license.

If you don't have any luck with getting a replacement cd from the OEM,
see if you have a friend with a generic OEM XP Home disk you can
borrow. The product key is your license, not the physical cd.
