REOCCURRING LICENSE AGREEMENT

I have migrated to a new computer and loaded my Outlook 2003 program. Every
time I open the program, the license agreement appears requesting agreement.
How can I stop this?

hello,

please make outlook unavailable from the control panel add or remove
programm then restart the comp and make it available that should take care of
the issue
