Reoccuring "End-User Licence Agreement" message

i recently installed microsoft office 2003 but every time i attempt to use
any of the programmes i get a message saying "End-User Licence Agreement" can
you please tell me how i can stop this from happening.

I have already answered this question twice. Log in as Administrator and
accept the EULA (which is what the KB article that Graham referred you to
will also tell you).

Sorry, I know you already answered it but i have never had to accept the EULA
every single time i use a office application in the past and i am the only
person using this machine so i am login in as the administrator.... i think.
Just incase i am not can you tell me how i do that.

Hi Graham thanks for your assistance but unfortunately i tried the steps in
the link you sent me i.e..........

"To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
Log on to the computer by using a user account that has administrative
credentials.
Start an Office program, such as Word. The End User License Agreement dialog
box appears.

Note For Windows Vista, click Start, click All Programs, click Microsoft
Office, right-click an Office program, click Run as administrator, and then
click Continue.
Click I Accept.
Exit the Office program that you just started.
Repeat step 2 to step 4 for the other Office programs that still prompt you
with the EULA.

......... but only one of applications powerpoint is saying "Run as
administrator" when i right click on it, the rest have nothing. This is my
PC and i am the only one who uses it so i thought i was the administrator but
maybe i set it up wrong.... do you have any advise as to what i should do.

Ok I found the box finally - got to the screen that says to click for
administrator but cannot click it - what am I doing wrong?

This is presumably a Windows Vista platform? Did you read this part of the
link I posted?

1. For Windows Vista, click Start, click All Programs, click Microsoft
Office, right-click an Office program, click Run as administrator, and then
click Continue.
2. Click I Accept.
3. Exit the Office program that you just started.
4. Repeat step 2 to step 4 for the other Office programs that still prompt
you with the EULA.

I am in the same boat.

-I am the only user on this new Vista machine, and am an administrator.
-Right-clicking on a shortcut for an Office proram does not show the "run as
administrator" option.
-Even trying to get the properties of the shortcut to find the target for
the shortcut does not work, because somehow they are protected and hidden by
Microsoft.

FED UP CONSUMER!

YOU'VE GOT TO BE JOKING? I JUST SPENT OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO DECIPHER THIS
CRAP FROM MS. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE? THEY EXPECT THE
USER/CONSUMER TO DO EVERYTHING, BE EVERYTHING, DONT GET PAID FOR IT AND YOU
BETTER KNOW IT LIKE YOU'RE A SPECIALIST IN EVERYTHING YOU BUY AND CONSUME!
I'M SO SICK OF THIS ASININE WAY OF THINKING AND PEOPLE JUST ACCEPT IT? WE
PAY SO MUCH FOR THIS CRAP? THEY MAKE SOOO MUCH MONEY FROM US AND WE JUST
ACCEPT IT AS OUR FATE. THEY NEED TO PROVIDE THIS SORT OF ANSWER FOR US FREE
OF CHARGE AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE...OH BUT WAIT! THEY COULD HAVE AVOIDED ALL
THIS CRAP IF THEY'D JUST NOT MAKE US ACCEPT EVERYTIME -THANKS FOR LETTING ME
VENT!

At least the KB article doesn't SHOUT! The answer is a very simple one; Word
must be installed (and the EULA accepted) by an administrator.
