Renaming computer

I am in a win2k server domain, but have to change the
computer names on a few windows 2000 pro's.

How do I do this? Can I just leave them in the domain,
change the name, and reboot? Sounds too easy.

Are there any potential problems that may arise that I
should be aware of?

Could anyone please give step by step directions?

you should disjoin them from the domain, log in as local
administrator, rename them, rejoin them to the domain
using domain admin credentials
