Renamed Invalid Sheet Name

I have recently been upgraded from Windows 98/Excel 97 to
Windows XP/Excel 2002. When I open most of my existing
spreadsheets, I get an error stating "Renamed Invalid
Sheet Name." How can I prevent this from happening. My
XLSTART directory does exist and someone reinstalled
Excel for me. This did not fix the problem. Thank you.

the next time you open excel?
