Name
If I go to the C: User Folder the User name in there is misspellt, If u see

Is there a way to rename this & not effect installed software etc ?

I made the same typoe with my user name. At the end of it, I just deleted my
account and created a new one with the correct spelling, since my other
attempts failed.

Now how to address the software already installed. One thing you can do, is
login under another account that has admin rights, go to the advance
settings and then user profiles. Choose the option to copy the incorrectly
name profile to Default users, In this, every account that logs in, will get
your current settings.

Depending on the application you might still have to enter in some Serial
keys and such, but for the most part 80-90% of everything will get copied
over
