Rename system folder

Somehow when I last re-installed Windows XP Home, I named
the user folder as "Owner". I previous times it was
always my name. When I try to rename it, if firsts tells
me that the sharing will be unshared and when I choose OK
it says it is a System Folder and cannot be changed. Is
there a work around to rename the foler "Owner" to "My
Name"? (C:\Documents and Settings\Owner) to (C:\Documents
and Settings\My Name)

No. Although you can rename the account user profile, the actual files for
that profile cannot be renamed.

There is a work around if this is important to you.

You can create a new profile with the proper name that you wish to use. You
can then take ownership of the owner files and copy the contents and
settings from the "owner" profile to the new profile. You would then delete
the original owner profile including all of the files.
