Hello,

Is it possible to rename column headings? Otherwise, if I have to put titles
in A1, B1, C1 ect, how do I get row 1 to show under A1, B1, C1 ect?

Thanks JR

Hi
you can't. The best you could achieve is use row 1 and use 'Windows -
Freeze Panes' to fix row 1

Thanks, but when I highlight row 1, and choose Freeze Panes, it locks rows
1-18?? How do I get it to lock just row 1? Also if I lock row 1 and use that
for column headings, is it possible to start the row beneath it as "1"??

Thanks JR

Select A2 and Windows>Freeze Panes.

If you want row 2 to be row 1 enter 1 in A2 and right-click and drag down for
8765 rows(or whatever) and release button.........select "fill series" from
the menu.

You need to highlight Row 2 to freeze Row 1. And no, I don't think you can
rename the rows either...
