Ihave 98 windows,iwould like to know how to remove 98
windows and install xp windows professional.
 
Hi,

Boot WInXP, insert the WinXP CD and upgrade. While I don't suggest it, to
permanently remove Win98, simply do not take the option to backup the
existing system.

Or, you can simply boot the WinXP CD and start a new installation. You can
format as part of this.
