removing users from xp machine

I am trying to delete some user profiles on a xp pro machine. When I click
on their name and hit delete I get a Cannot delete antiPHishing. Access is
denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file
is not in use.


I have tried safe mode, admin mode and under my profile which has full admin
rights and I am able to delete some but with some I get that message.

Any help would be appreciated.
