Removing the print option

I have created my database and it works fine by running through a
switchboard. All I want to do is remove the option of clicking file - print
otherwise it prints all the records entered. I would've thought I would've
been able to do this function through the startup option, but no.... Any
ideas?

Try creating your own custom MenuBar and set it in the Startup Options.
