Removing the Everyone group from c:

When removing the everyone group from the C: I get a
pagefile error.

Error
Limited Virtual Memory
Your system has no paging file, or the paging file is too
small.
Then it tells me to create a new paging file or increase
the size of it.

I have a paging file set and when I up it it reverts to a
very low number that's alot lower the original paging file
size.

This error comes up every time someone logs into windows.
