Removing Spyfalcon

Somehow I've gotten stuck with an ad for Spyfalcon. I've tried running
Microsoft Antispyware, Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware SE, but the
little icon in the lower right corner is still there. I've tried
rightclicking to close it out, but it keeps launching the program. How do I
get rid of the darn thing?
