Removing Program from Add/Remove Programs

I know that this has been answered before, but it is not one of the posts
I've saved. Could someone please tell me how to remove a program from
Add/Remove Programs? The program is MSN Music Assistant and was installed
at the same time a version of MSN5 ended up on my computer (I did not
intentionally install this and to top it off, it was a Spanish version). I
uninstalled the MSN5 without incident. My computer is pretty junk-free,
from what Ad Aware and Spy Bot show me. The message I get is when
uninstalling the Music Assistant is:
